Technical support
Most of our customers are covered by a one year warrantee
After which, we offer an optional 3 tier support contract
All support contracts cover unlimited telephone and online support.
- Labour only costs approx 10% of original hardware cost.

- Standard contract covers parts and unlimited on site support.
Approx 15% of initial hardware cost

- Fully inclusive covers accidental damage also.
Approx 25% of initial hardware cost

Customers without warrantee or Contract must prepay by ordering a
Callout payment prior to a technicians visit.
Any additional time or parts required will be invoiced separately.
Times below cover an ordinary Breakdown type call Which on average would take
one hour.
If you require additional time such as New training, pleas book additional
hours as required.
