Most of our customers are covered by a one year warrantee
After which, we offer an optional 3 tier support contract
All support contracts cover unlimited telephone and online support.

  1. Labour only costs approx 10% of original hardware cost.Whats covered
  2. Standard contract covers parts and unlimited on site support.
    Approx 15% of initial hardware cost Whats covered
     
  3. Fully inclusive covers accidental damage also.
    Approx 25% of initial hardware cost Whats covered

Customers without warrantee or Contract must prepay by ordering a
Callout payment prior to a technicians visit.

Any additional time or parts required will be invoiced separately.

Times below cover an ordinary Breakdown type call Which on average would take one hour.

If you require additional time such as New training, pleas book additional hours as required.

6 hours travel plus 1 hours support

Excluding travel time paid for above.

£ 50 per hour Plus VAT

Please book your travel time and one hour as per prices above, then add as many hours as you require for re-training.

Stock Module normally 4 hours
