Returns Policy Goods can be returned to us with 14 days for a full refund. Goods should be returned with the original packing in an undamaged condition. Light goods sent by royal mail should be returned by royal mail signed for service. Heavier goods in excess of 8 KG, send us an email to returns@nrsltd.net and we will arrange collection. You can always contact our support desk on 01704 577868 for clarification. Goods kept for longer than 14 days will be replaced under the manufacture's warrantee for one year after purchase. Please email us on returns@nrsltd.net for an RMA number prior to returning. |
