Standard Maintenance contract

  • Unlimited onsite callout for labour and travel costs
  • Unlimited telephone support
  • Unlimited online PCanywhere support live (requires an broadband account on site)
  • Faulty parts excluding accidental damage and liquid spillage

Parts will be repaired or complete units swapped out with equivalent equipment,

It does not cover new for old.

Generally speaking, we would advise purchasing new equipment after five years we offer special discount on new purchased replacement equipment, which is still covered on maintenance contract. Normally at wholesale prices.

Not Covered

  • Support for problems caused by software not installed by Ourselves
  • Support for virus related issues
  • You are responsible to keep any anti virus, spyware applications up to date.
  • It is our strong recommendation that the POS and CCTV systems are not used at all for any internet activity.
